AND it works other wise they would not keep doing it.so A true private lender is someone you personally know or have met who has money in their IRA or other cash but lending is not their business they just make a few loans a year to those close to them.

That's pretty much the minimum required to stay out of D level (MLS wise anwyay).

Which makes sense because I can still be in the same ballpark price wise as a hotel to pick up those 2 guest stays (presumably mostly couples, but not always), with the added value of everything a SFR provides.

He was driving said he could get it done but it was hurried conversation. l sent everything over but having misgivings about the loan and how much it costs and if its wise to do another credit check to find out we dont have quite enough.

Heck I am on disability  I just had a below the knee amution & we are living paycheck to paycheck  trying to do better financial wise, then this happens.
