Ask them to share their STR management VRBO, AIRBNB etc, and look at their costs.Use their vendors if they offer positive opportunities and use that as a way to ask for "Earn your Business' type discounts.

Before this, I’ve done six fix and rents in Providence acting as my own GC.I can’t imagine doing my project without a GC, unless I was paying a handyman or a real estate agent every time to go meet a vendor there.

@Andy Ciordia.....its just as easy as "Hey do you offer any discounts since I have multiple properties that need work"As a person who does work in the Home Services Industry, it costs the vendor the same amount of time (most likely money too) do the work whether its 1 or 2 properties.
