Ken's not totally clueless, but he's FAR from the "Guru" status he portrays and that's the whole rub to it; the guy with a tonic to ease an upset stomach saying it will cure ANY/ALL ailments, regrow limb's, lol.

Much like an upper mid class hotel room with kitchenette. 

Generally speaking, the buyers in the USD market (foreigners and wealthy and upper middle class Mexicans) want a new or turnkey property and don't want to have to do renovations and they prefer new properties over properties that have been renovated.
