We wasted about 3 months finding and vetting our new contractor & getting a great architect for the major structural changes.Was this process a trial by fire?

I use my real estate agent's login because I'm cheap, it's not too expensive though even if you have to pay, or there's a free trial period that may work for you if you just need it for a one-off or limited number of uses.  

It's a trial item so possibly Vancouver WA only.

I don't believe that it would because you have improved your credit score so much, you may face a higher interest rate but there are lenders that cater to borrowers that have had trials and tribulations in their lives.

It was a lot of trial and error and getting referrals from people and building a network 4-5 deep for each vendor.

Just curious if anyone has any positive experience I’m interested in free trial but they require CC info and the few who have reviewed it experienced issues canceling membership so I’m hesitant in signing up..

Shop around, most software, ours included, offer a free trial period.
