Is there a limit or target for what I should consider in terms of total return or cash on cash return for this strategy?

I resided in the home until summer 2020 (total 2 yrs 9 months) and then deployed overseas for the next 4 years; selling the home in June 2024.  

I've heard some rumors of Airdna skewing data a bit (I've heard this first hand and read online.)

Seen that play a few times.. this whole sub to being taught to under capitalized or starter investors who don't know what they don't know and learn this on line is just so very dangerous.

total return from an RE investment includes value added, appreciation, tax benefits, equity pay down, and the cash flow. 

I totally agree—CTR is super important!

So that might be a total return of around 60-70% over 1.5 or 1.75 years (don't know for sure since I am not an investor in Fund 1).Fund 2 (the last of the two non-cumulative preferred MHP funds) hit 7% annualized IRR this past quarter.  

Believe me, I’ve seen my share of ups and downs: from navigating interest rate spikes to figuring out out-of-state managment back when online tools weren’t half as good as they are now.
