Sounds like some sort of coating on the floor.  

If it is rigid ductwork, perhaps that coating that duct cleaners sell will suffice.  

Don't sugar coat the risk to yourself, your seller or your end buyer.

Entertaining madness, mind -- but are you allowed to, say, get number one in "Shrew-skin coats?"

The only place I've ever seen that a coffee was more expensive was at Aspen CO, at street level, bottom of the gondola.

I can see that this gutter has been coated and lined so many times that the narrow end isn't enough to handle the water.A short gutter on the rear of the gable roof needs to be rebuilt but it's easy and safe to get to and work on.

Just make sure you note that they use colors that are easy to hide with another coat of paint.

It seems to cover well, and I only have to do one coat.

Without a MUCH thicker skin than that, you will NOT survive in the rental business.

Ok, admittedly I am from California, and we drag out our winter coats when it dips below 50, so we don't use storm windows out here, and I am still trying to figure them out.
