Now, if i put a list together that things I cannot do without.1. cable television and fast internet speed, my bill comes to $170 per month.2. asian buffets3. las vegas trips, either for meeting tenants, fixing, find new properties, or gambling.My wife was not on board at first.

You just have to get rid of your television and go after the money.

There's this SOB who used to be on national television that will promise you that all you have to do is call him and he'll handle the rest, and then when it's clear he's sold you a losing real estate investment, he'll put out a video with his snake wife and tell you that it's your fault for giving him the money.

I hope you enjoy real estate in San Antonio and did not get into television shows about rehab.

Do not buy a property without televising the sewer to make sure there are no breaks, cracks et al.4.

They spend 6-8 hours a day watching television, never read a book, don't take a class, hang out with like-minded people, and then wonder why they're stuck in a rut.
