As you can appreciate with your background your audience creates your experience as an investor.PS I am in camp SF, because I wanted the least amount of effort while I am traveling, which used to be for my corporate job, It's for pleasure and we take 6 trips every year with little to no issues

A little background though...last spring we finished a long renovation by mid-May and didn't get the house listed on AirBNB and Vrbo until early June, which was much later than we were planning, and we still filled the rest of the weekends for the summer.  

@Joe S.This is a “know your audience” responseIf you are around a bunch of college professors and they are technical then yes you can pull out all the big words - but as you mention many will try and use these big words in a convo and they scream newbie because it’s apparent they lack some knowledge as they are creating word salad with what they say.I just tell people be yourself

I know I left out a lot of the technical details in my plan and first steps idea.

In other words a seriously capitalized entraprenour with an extensive background in construction. 

Is 3bd/2bath(They are able to count, mine is 2bd/2bath with attic(due to slant of roof cant technically count as bedroom), Small deck.Same sqft, same lot size, 2 blocks awayComp 1 is the best and most recent sale.Comp 2-(Sold at what Im looking to list for)I was not in this house so I'm not as familiar with it. +100sqft. 4bd/2bath. carpet throughout house. 

But my other mentee is having a really, really ,REALLY tough time, and I want to help him out.Here’s some background : He’s been trying to get into real estate for 6 1/2 years.
