I am investigating this aspect since there are few legally doing it.The market for MTR seems like a good idea - Hershey hospital traveling nurses, hospital interns/students (teaching hospital there), Hershey Company interns and relocations, maybe other.Furnished Finder and other sites (traveling nurses) may be worth surfing.

They have two locations in Ventura:  The original one next to Ventura Surf Shop on Thompson, as well as their head quarters over off of Market (it's on Colt St). 

I'm all for networking and participating in local meetups, surfing the forums, listening to podcasts, and watching YouTube videos.

I have a LLC that I set up with a friend/partner and we rent out 2 wake surf boats with captains. 

High interest rates, growing your mountain of $ even faster, removing competition, creating dependency, with supply so low and demand so high that what are the "surfs" to do but submit, they have no choice. 

Ps I was couch surfing when I bought that building making 75k a year working two jobs.

Airbnb started as a couch surfing site, but it is much more than that now.

Great for diving and families with little children, no surf.
