Another would be you are building other units next door/nearby and you can chalk this build up to the "learning curve".I didn't see a CFO on GLH or GLC's website, but I'm sure you have someone doing this type of financial analysis for your developments?

Just in my opinion, Im pretty sure there are successful out of state investors but i just dont recommend it being your first buy just thought id add that!

I'm not sure I'd want to go past 10 STRs ever and I'm trying to decide if it's worth Co-Hosting or just save up for the next one.

My former experience has been with LTR and I'm currently focused on STR in E TN but interested in learning other useful strategies and expanding markets in later deals.
