I did go through some neighbor harassment at one time by the neighbor reporting "too many occupants" to the code enforcement department when the three occupants of one of my rentals had their three girlfriends coming to visit regularly - so neighbors might snitch ...But this does remind me of the anecdote I related in the "tenant applicants say the dumbest things" thread regarding Asian restaurant owners ;) My vote is "No way".

Not knowing the area well, we believed that the lot being on the ocean side of the freeway, with stunning ocean views from both levels of the house, a new home, large lot, etc would insure high pricing.
