I did go through some neighbor harassment at one time by the neighbor reporting "too many occupants" to the code enforcement department when the three occupants of one of my rentals had their three girlfriends coming to visit regularly - so neighbors might snitch ...But this does remind me of the anecdote I related in the "tenant applicants say the dumbest things" thread regarding Asian restaurant owners ;) My vote is "No way".

There are lots of active investors here and usually over 100 attend each meeting.The other club is the Los Angeles Asian Real Estate Investors Association which meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Arcadia and despite its name everyone is welcome.
