Some others sell special bags or stickers to put on bags.

But in our town you do get a sticker on your door in the case of parties (noise violations)  and pay a fine if you don't have in the lease that the fine is passed on to students. 

This way you do not have sticker shock at the end of the job and you are prepared and comfortable with the completed price.

Like I said i had not bought tires in decades so was a little sticker shock there.  

You need something that is permanently installed or you need someone watching the house.It may help to put up signs and window stickers indicating there is a security system, even when there's not.

Four or more points plus a higher interest rate plus required down payment can give yuo sticker shock.

Not saying anyone in particular, but you can make a build fully-LEED platinum compliant (since the specs are easy to get), however, to get that sticker on your front door may be a $100K audit.

By just going in and putting a higher sticker price up and doing some minor upgrades to freshen up the interior I have been amazed.
