Well that and all investments should make a 30% return, or so they believe.I suppose the other idea behind the curtain is that somehow an offer to purchase the loan of say 9% would stop the world from spinning on it's axis so quickly that you dare not take any chance to simply allow the market to price the asset.

Real buyers can buy, or agree to buy, have the seller in some cases terminate a contract and/or wait you out.Virtual wholesalers aren't going to be buying 10 REOs and spinning them off without the ability to perform, buying and then selling.There's a thousand things that could happen to crack any deal, I'd say you're chasing your tail. :)

The ones that do are usually very busy agents who only want to work with serious clients and don't want to spin their wheels locating and vetting property for someone who may be using another agent.As a former realtor, I think it's fine if you want to use multiple agents, but just be upfront with those agents so they can decide if that works for them or not.
