All units are very big and spacious.- six 2 bedrooms that are town house style the consist of two floors- six one bedrooms- 11 studios- laundry room- pool that has outdoor kitchen.

After watching the TV shows on flipping on netflix where they transfer 2bd house to 3 bd to increase its price, or create an attached bathroom for a master bedroom and different kinds of techniques they'll (usually the females) use make the place look spacious & beautiful.    

I would think that if the house itself is spacious it shouldn't be a big deal.

Lighter will always make things look more spacious.

Then in my opinion it seems like a very large spacious place which is normally a positive but i believe some one said it already the furniture is small for the spaces which makes it seem awkward.

I will admit, going there I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and attractive her home was (not what I typically see on TV) she paid about $80K for her property and now I'm looking into MHP as an investment strategy.

With unfinished basement, you will be competing with townhouses, though you have the advantage of two car garage and hopefully a spacious backyard for this area.

The remainder of Long Beach is a bit more spacious and suburban.

Couples with lots of cash, or families.The are older and spacious cabins (about 2005-2010) in BB, but without modern fancy amenities, and at lower $/ft2, but still respectable.
