I met this real estate agent on facebook, seems very active within the real estate community in that particular area based on the posts she's engaged with.

I personally  have a couple of 10.5 interest loans on properties that I am not paying off early, because I am earning so much more by being an active investor and I getting a lot better that 10.5% . 

Successful collection rate on LTR is not even 15% on top of dealing with insane lawyers and social workers who believe that less fortunate people can hurt wealthier people.
