Looked at Colorado Springs and a few other places, but fell in love with Raleigh for the trees, access to both mountains and beach, and STR does really well here.

Here’s the scenario…My wife and I just bought a duplex in a South Carolina beach town.

We were at the beach today, a bit further south at Edisto.  

We have owned STRs in the Carolina Beach and Wilmington region for several years, but now we are looking for new opportunities and to expand our portfolio, either in STR, motels, RV parks, or some other area of hospitality.

For Umass Boston area JFK is a great line that's super close to Boston, highways, beaches, and can attract a multitude of different renters to your place.
