Im almost itching to sell my own property as inventory is flying off the shelves.

My cat loves it even more, it's so full of cool little shelves.

If anything, the shelving that hangs down or storage up above if you have room for a ladder 

Sometimes the reason is something silly like "there aren't any closet shelves".

Typical items I have charged good tenants for that they didnt notice until move out are large digs in wood floors, holes in walls from installing large add on shelves, part of appliance broke such as refrigerator or oven handles or shelf, removed curtain rods or installed rods removed leaving wood trim damage.
