Do you try to automate most of it with mailer/RVM/SMS/email sequences? 

Every journey is merely a collection of small steps taken in sequence towards a common point, but understand that it will require of you more than you have ever given.

Personally I use ActiveCampaign for my biz list (not specifically RE) because it's not too expensive for a small list (I pay $16/mo) but has more features and ability to make more advanced automated sequences.

The other number appeared to be in sequence, as most all large corporate numbers are.

On the one hand I'm figuring with the larger projects this is where a GC's knowledge and experience could play a significant role...on the other, I like the idea of more control over subs, timelines, sequence of events and more.

All of those things are common in any dwelling and you need to know the sequence of steps needed to do the repairs, especially when you're hiring someone else do do the work down the road on bigger projects.Find a lot in a mobile home park.

So the more 1031s you do in sequence the more sense it makes to continue.
