We already have most of the 2nd down payment saved, but would like to be conservative for now and keep more in reserves.Longer-term goal: Scale steadily but conservatively.

Has anyone ever found a way around this as I really need this to happen if I am going to scale.

I have many years of construction experience and have also done a fix and flip, in addition to ground up construction, as well as 10 years of entrepreneurial experience running a paddle board rental company, and advancing science through developing theoretical methods for efficient large scale simulations...I guess my problem is I can't seem to figure out how to find the money to do more projects, which is why I've been trying to sell my house.

Either way, I'd leverage them both and keep scaling ;) 

He doesn't need to scale for scale itself. 

Also, if I were to scale up to more than 10 doors, should I have an LLC for EACH door?

My hope is to scale and grow wisely but proactively as I march toward that reality.

From there SLOWLY scale and add properties.
