Recently some tools disappeared (not mine).  

If you’re considering handling tenant placement and rent collection yourself, there are tools like Zillow Rental Manager or Avail that can help streamline the process.

If they find something I didn’t know about and they couldn’t have, or safety related then I’ll consider/cover some of it.
