@Bruce Woodruff it's not just you at least what I see in east valley I look at house prices around us and they are much higher than when we bought in 2016.

We have all seen times when the SFR market in high demand major metro areas like say SF and Silicon Valley where multiple offers are generally the rule not the exception.

I am aware of a large claim several years ago in Wears Valley where the insurance through VRBO actually paid the claim.
