I'd go if you were the speaker :) FYI: I have a successful construction company(rennovations, storm damage restorations) here just looking for ways to integrate REI into this market and yours when it gets there.

If those are not met, it is not covered under the ADA nor the ADA Restoration Act.So, if it is not obvious how this dog is a service dog, I'd ask for documentation on the task the dog performs, the training it received for it and how that task mitigates the disability the person claims.Legitimate owners of service dogs should have absolutely no problem proving their claims.

The restoration cost to correct this pre-existing defect is a capital improvement.

If it was we both have interests in having a restored fence.I think it is also a rental, so I will have to cotact the city to talk to the owner.

It appears as if the current owner has no interest in fixing or occupying the property, so my goal to contact her and make a low-ball cash offer using hard money, do a full rehab/restoration, and sell it for profit.

But luckily and strangely enough, I had two separate guys approach me pitching their restoration services.

We also check how things are going and if they are restoring the unit to move-in condition, minus normal wear and tear, within a reasonable amount of time, or if they are dragging their feet.

There are discouragements, for sure, but revisiting this observation will restore a sense of well-being and gratitude for a lifestyle that, in spite of the setbacks, offers so very much!

Whatever is messed up in that unit will end up being your job - and your money - to repair and restore to normal habitable condition.
