The agent usually get insurance from said once they fix the roof then I can sell you insurance.

I would like to find a mentor/agent who has experience with Foreclosures (HUD) who would be willing to answer questions and work together in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.I'm on a new journey in life and finally taking steps in the Investor direction... something I should have done a long time ago.

Just ask your real estate agent if they own any rental properties.     

Real estate agents in Ohio aren't allowed to lie about receiving other offers that don't exist, but I've seen it happen before.

Aligning yourself with a buyers agent who understands the STR market is absolutely critical.
