Just a reminder that this is a conventional fix and flip so this property will be for sale once it is completed.Below is a picture of the progress made on the bathroomAll of the subfloor for the tile install was finishedToday we went and picked out the ceramic tile we will be using in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway and that will start to be installed tomorrow.Also today we had one of our in house guys reinforce the back steps and replace some spindles on the steps that go from the 2nd floor to the ground.

Hello BP'ersI am almost to start rehabbing a small old duplex, is a 1920's  property 1,940 sq. ft, the existing roof it has 3 layers,One of the contractors gave a quote he said, possible some of the wood can be saved and might just reinforce with some supports but will be known once remove the layers, that does not give a lot of confidence, because 2 previous high level specialized contractors said the wood must be replaced as well. but they stratospherically expensive over 20KDoes any one knows if per code in el Paso TX needs to have replaced all the wood?
