The problem I was having with Stessa and Rentastic is that it only tracks what’s in the bank account not what I get from the PM, so the numbers are off and I have to go in and correct it all.

I specialize in working with Canadians that own property down here (I live in Palm Springs, we might be the snowbird capital of the world?).

Some take on the business w/o having the proper systems in place to deal with low-demographic tenants & properties.We also see owners being part of the problem - expecting Class A fees, service & results from their Class C & D properties.

Wrapping 3 properties into one blanket loan shouldn't be a problem, save these are sitting on any sizeable acreage.You might get lucky and find a unicorn local bank or credit union that would consider that kind of leverage, but I would say overall, those terms are very unrealistic.Cheers!

And since your life, such as it is, consists of responding to every BP post mentioning yourself within 15 seconds, you should have no problem responding within the next, say, 1 hour with your “evidence” to back up your slanderous remark.
