Estimated CostsADU costs can range DRAMATICALLY depending on the state of the lot, custom vs fast track plans, size of ADU, materials and finishes, speed and quality of the builder, etc.

The truth is, over the last few years, many of these people are barely cashflowing at all and the default rate with the banks on this product is skyrocketing.

I'd hate for a temporary dip in the quality of the tenant pool to be giving my landlord "spidey sense" false alarms on account of taking an extra month or two to fill a unit.

I am just saying that for a brand to add value to the product, it has to be amazing.

Now, there may be some skepticism in regard to the quality of working with us and we understand your viewpoint on this.Please keep in mind that if it sounds "too good to be true" then please do additional research.

Seems doable, depending on a few factors will determine what the right product is for you.
