If you know you are going to 30+ properties quickly I would choose the PMS based on that rather than where you are now.

Real estate is not a get-rich-quick type of deal if you want to have quality properties with quality tenants.

This year has been harder than previous ones to fill units quickly and rents have been declining in many markets. 

So Supply and demand have really shifted quickly.
