You don't ever want to double book and have to cancel one of them.And the guest giving a phone number in the first message like in your original post is against the rules and the guest knows it. 

That way you have open forums, blogs, and messaging to ask questions, understand the syndicators criteria, and see all the posts syndicators are involved in.What criteria are you looking for as an investment for your next deal?

That would be great if you can post the study here.P.S what are your thoughts on PropertyRadar(I hear they do daily updates I dont know how true this is though) and Listsource by core logic(the site claims daily updates)? 

I have cat and a dog back then and it was listed on my post I asked her to either close the window or contribute a little bit with the light bill and she ignored my messages even though I asked her like three times so I gave her a three day notice.
