This being a smaller town, the holiday season pretty much pauses everything.

In the beginning, when mentioning the thought of RE Investment, I am sure everyone here has recieved that blank stare into space or the long pause before someone says"Are you crazy?"

There was a long silent pause and she says " I guess he is.

. :)Finally, if what I said makes you pause, you could wholesale the deal to a dedicated landlord and walk away with a couple grand (landlords always pay for than rehabbers for properties that can be used as rentals-- GREAT TIP!!).

I have paused since then, stepping back for the leap.

Since we aren't supposed to have gatherings of more than 5 people in WA, I've put these networking meetings on pause.

I'm out of state but feel as if I have a reputable and ethical property manager, however the amount related to testing and certification continues to make me take pause.   

:) If you can not afford to buy your neighbors house is something to give pause.

then PAUSE and wait for them to answer.

So, for a moment it caused me to pause and consider it, but thought I would check with some experts first.
