I'll also hire a painter and some cheap labor to help tear down and landscape.I think I can go higher end for under $70,000, that includes labor. 14,000 for the kitchen, 14,000 for three baths (two will be lower end), 2,000 for the staircase and so on.If I do most of the work myself, do my numbers look like they are feasible?
