New products are out for us tub painters that now cause a MOLECULAR bond, that is, the paint will share an electron with the porcelain itself.

I'll also hire a painter and some cheap labor to help tear down and landscape.I think I can go higher end for under $70,000, that includes labor. 14,000 for the kitchen, 14,000 for three baths (two will be lower end), 2,000 for the staircase and so on.If I do most of the work myself, do my numbers look like they are feasible?

Would you suggest advertisting for skilled individuals, like individual plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.?

The answer that I always come to is one where I compare myself as a professional painter to other professional painters.  

Your typical repair cost will be turn over costs like, cost of paint and painter, small leaks, faucet issues, carpet replacements, windows issues, locks and lock outs.

Someone says they are a "handy-man", plumber, painter, etc its there tryout.

I was wondering if you had a painter to reccomend for my Waterbury Conn renovation.  

She inspects work performed by painters, etc. and sends numerous photos to me.
