I found that as well, (first search result iirc) but it turns out to be one guy trying to recruit mentees  as opposed to a group of independent investors like I understood a normal REIA to consist of which is more what I’d be looking for.

@Eric Tullius  What benefit would @Mel Park receive by going under contract with a wholesaler as opposed to entering into a contract directly with the end buyer either through the MLS or other means where Mel has far greater control over the transaction?

I haven't found any information about not being able to split the lot if the house is built before 1978 (which mine is) but I'll bring that up to the county when I meet with them in a couple weeks.Is there a reason why you chose to split the lot as opposed to adding an SB9 unit and then adding an ADU to it?
