Federal Regulators for some reason hate real estate investors.

I'd be happy to discuss further, but I have numerous clients that have positive cash flow & fantastic appreciation.

Hello BiggerPockets,After reading numerous books from the BiggerPockets library and spending more time on Loopnet than I would like to admit, it is time for me to put some of this knowledge into action. 

Wow, sounds like things are already a lot more regulated where you are in Chicago.

Is there any law or regulation that prevents this?

The new homes will be mostly built in the burbs, and I expect as we move forward outside of many city limits or in smaller cities where the builders can control the narrative with less regulations, less inspections, less red tape, lower requirements.Due to the number of people moving though, we'll see some urban infill as well I expect. 

Considering going in with other investors on a condotel unit in Las Vegas.Do condotels have anything different about them - as far as taxation/regulation/classification vs any other type of short term rental?
