Curious to know if anyone else does the model this current day. 2019 was a different ballgame than todays market for sure and I think the model can work but it's very few and far between where the numbers will make sense in todays market.

What is she doing now in terms of paying for housing?

@Laura YelinI’ve never been, but when considering new markets I usually just fly there and spend a few days there scoping it out.

I suspect the stock market and or building then selling a bizzness created a big majority of millionare wealth and or just high paying jobs and save your money :)

It's a commercial policy so I pay a little extra but vey much worth the expense.

Now, after doing this several times my success rate is around 1 out 5.   

Eliminate debt, establish a budget, and save.

But that $4,000 needs to be invested now, in order to save $10,000 25 years from now.

Key is to not grow to fast and have $ set aside as it's never as fast or profitable as you think when getting started where in Texas are you looking to be a GC?
