I started my career with the renovations team renovating the houses we buy, and with the property management company working with our residents and our maintenance teams.

I didn't see a need for a holding company but if someone wants one, you can just use another LLC as the holding company.

My question is when applying for the lease, most properties in my market are run by a management company.
