HELOCs on investment properties can be tricky since many traditional banks don’t offer them, but some lenders, and some local credit unions might be worth checking out.

Definitely recommend checking out local REI meetups in Boston now and Chicago later—tons of value in connecting with local investors.

Also, local meetups are a great way to meet local investors!

You might want to look up the pool requirements for Phoenix and Scottsdale AZ if you want to be the safest you can be, despite the lax laws in other localities.

Wrapping 3 properties into one blanket loan shouldn't be a problem, save these are sitting on any sizeable acreage.You might get lucky and find a unicorn local bank or credit union that would consider that kind of leverage, but I would say overall, those terms are very unrealistic.Cheers!

@Tiana Lazard check with your local municipality, but unlikely you can claim homestead unless it is still your legal address - and you want tenants getting your mail.
