My side is small and was previously rented on the low end of the spectrum..the other side is quite large and totes 3 garage stalls and is rented quite highly.

Now I’m just trying to manage them on the go as well because I won’t always have access to the computer (might be busy or at work or just not in front of my laptop ) 

On the first day of class, it was already strange because this is a class that sells online portal on how to search for property to invest in and they don't allow you to use your laptop to take notes.

(@Lucas Carl is right, it can all be done from your phone - though I personally prefer my laptop - and I do it from 2000 miles away)The other thing is, I get a lot of personal satisfaction out of my properties.  

In my case, I bought a broker a laptop to get started (he informally mentioned he needed a new one, and I got one sent over).One thing to note is that the direct contact approach WILL NOT WORK for multifamily properties over 70 units.

I'm totally unable to access the Webinars, either on my cell or on my laptop, because the links I'm receiving don't work.

I bought an audiobook and it downloads on my laptop into iTunes.

That's the niche I'm trying to deliver to.I'm excited about the possibilities for that area...if I see a hipster toting a cello, I will let you know!
