@Angie Castro Totally recommend house hacking in some form or fashion.

This is easy to see in earnings reports for credit card companies (that continue to blow out earnings, with travel as their lead category), hotel companies, and Airbnb itself.I think a lot of it is just going overseas now as international travel continues to strengthen. 

What's mentioned is very basic and potentially a tad misleading in that investing in Mexico/internationally is very different than in the US. 

Be on point, be organized, give the facts, lay it out in simple straight forward fashion, and let the other side hang themself with rants and arguments. 95% of time I have said less than maybe 10 words entire case.

Internationally, those holding USD reserve, freak out.

Really making sure that you stay on top of that person (contractor, you, architect) on the ball by following up with the city to get that permits done in a timely fashion.
