If it's an expectation that I would be an instructor, I charge for that.

The instructor of the class said the Houston market will experience an increase of inventory in 2015.

Meaning am I dealing with a Marine Corps Drill Instructor, a Marine Corps Dentist or a Marine Corps Pilot (those are just 3 examples.....they are many different job types). 

@Valerie HodgeI would take a week long course if they have one this will prepare you the best to pass the test since you will be in front of an instructor and able to ask questions to further explain things. i know there are some classes that go a couple of days a week for 6-8 weeks but with the amount of information to take in i personally believe it's better to get it all done quickly if your time allows.

While he might be a good instructor and will help you in your investing.
