I know you are discouraged, but 3 weeks on the market isn't a reason to panic, especially 3 weeks in NOV.

Anyone have any innovative strategies, success (or failure) stories, or just any general advice in attracting and connecting with institutional investors?

With rent prices so crazy in SF that you can make $100K and not afford to live in the city I really think innovative solutions like tiny homes can be a game changer for real estate investment.

All things considered, Americans are amazingly adaptable, resilient and innovative people, we will bounce back, and the Real Estate marketplace is no exception!  

What she might not be aware of, is just how much real estate options have also evolved, particularly in the past few years, with regards to the technological explosion of innovative resources, tools and companies that can help qualified investors and owners maximize assets and improve the buying/selling/marketing process. 

We can't stop innovation and technological disruption.
