The bank incorrectly ordered 2 appraisals, one each from 2 different companies.

If he blames OP for incorrectly describing the property as "rent ready" then who does he blame for his claims of providing "turn-key" investments?

I’m not sure why your CPA told you this information but it’s incorrect.

Now if they overcharge you or bill you incorrectly, good luck getting the money back.

oh, chad is also incorrect on the foreclosure/credit. .A foreclosure cannot be reported after the mortgage has been discharged.

Am I incorrect in my judgement.

I will make my offers for whatever number makes sense and if my lender is too sloppy to key a number in correctly, I will find a new lender.

Then, you are able to sell that note w/o having to worry about a seasoning period because it is not a cash out refi.I think I follow most of this process (please correct me if I have the above incorrect), but I struggle with understanding how the note to the LLC needs to be constructed in order for me to sell it to a lender or a private investor.Most of this is based on a strategy by @Andrew Postell
