So, make sure you are always looking to acquire properties, but I wouldn't hold that goal over your head because you might make bad decision to get your number when the deals just aren't there.

The answer is usually obvious if you can take the tax hit, but in your case assuming 5-7 years away from needing/wanting to distribute money to yourself, this is a decision you need to make with your tax advisor.

Looks like previous registrations were entered incorrectly and preferential rents were listed as legal rents.

Now sure the high cash flow of 30% nets have decreased as pricing has doubled, tripled (all in 35- 40k, now, 100k-140k) and much more so your assumption is incorrect. 

Don’t really want to stop that, but just looking for someone to coach or assist me through my options here so I make an informed decision!
