Properties that are inappropriately priced.

@Tiffany Drahonovsky making a comment about your car is just inappropriate and gives you an insight in her believe system, which is you should pay for her housing, because you can aford it.While I am all for flexibility and working together to find a solution, especially with CV, you probably should start looking for a new tenant.

It also brings with it additional considerations: in some cultures it is inappropriate for un-related men and women to share the same living space, washrooms, etc.  

If not, I send a bill.But if you don't provide that accounting within the time limit you lose the ability to withhold anything.If you feel inappropriate deductions have been made you can push back.
