I understand it become tad difficult to refinance since some lenders wouldn't lend on the home in trust, but is it easy to sell a home in a trust, just like you are buying in a trust?

Typically homes in-between tenants, or a new purchase with intent to have renters within 30 days this is allowed. 

There are always ways to increase the value of most homes, but that is also a crap shoot.
