He has been living here for 13 days.Recently I got into an altercation with him, he left a pair of scissors in the living room and I used it but forgot about it and left it in my room.Next day he banged on my door asking if I had his scissors and he started yelling at me and been randomly harassing me.He was very nice and seemed great until this scissor incident and I feel very uncomfortable and decided I want him out asap and let him know and he is threatening to sue me.He is currently on a yearly lease.Does anyone have any advice?

I would say that the 1-4 week time period violates FS 83.53(3), because it's "abusing the right of access", and possibly "harassing" you.
