My family has had rentals almost 50 years.  

Ricardo, our brokerage has a specialty in investment and multi-family properties.

We are from there originally and travel to the area to see family and the explosion of the number of people traveling to the Hocking Hills has made it the 3rd most visited place in the state of Ohio behind Cedar Point, Kings Island. 

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

In short, having all the conversations and commitments in strategy, setting up LLC and all the fun docs of who's doing what, and I'd suggest even getting initial funding into account for at least EM. 

Also, sometimes they travel with their family so it may be beneficial to rent it out by the unit and not by the room. 

Pros/cons of investing in multi family near tenants??  

I'm based in Connecticut and currently looking to get into multi-family properties.

I think having the space available as furnished space for family is a huge bonus and might just recommend not trying to overdo it if you don't need to.Good luck,Chris
