@Brandon Sturgill If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you are endorsing a buy and hold strategy over flipping for cash flow / income?

What you get is a special endorsement on the title insurance.

This endorsement pays to cleanup and repaire the damaged caused when a sewer or drain backs up and causes liquids to damage the house.

I hope you win the gold, get a big endorsement deal and put the money into real estate to grow an empire! 

I would caution you that this is no way an endorsement and you should do all your due diligence on them like you would from someone you found via a Google search. 

I have all of my vehicles personally titled and my LLC gets the tax benefit of it's use.to answer your comments,1- you can get a "personal use" endorsement on a commercial policy2 if you title the car in a llc, most personal lines companies will not insure it3- biggest issue is there could be no coverage.
