Electronic locks with remote locking?

This could range anywhere from full on online systems/dashboards to as simple as electronic door locks.

Why not have both face to face interaction and strong electronic banking. 

I wish the Attorney General had some software in place to handle this, since there are software packages out there that can review the “education grade level” of text - so it could really be automated that way, and then each time a change needs to be implemented the new document(s) can be submitted; I imagine an electronic receipt of some sort would be issued to confirm approval should the AG ever implement such a thing, along with keeping a copy of the document(s) in some database as a “just in case” they are needed.

They pay electronically, so it may take 2-3 days for the transactions at the bank to settle. 

I collect rent monthly electronically and I have a part time maintenance man who handles the maintenance.

Do any of you know of any fixed fee (or better, no fee) electronic payment options where I could send my contractor money without needing to write a check? 

The National Electronic Code does not require grounding for older buildings that are grandfathered in, provided they are properly identified as such: either by labeling them as ungrounded or simply using a new 2 prong outlet to replace and existing 2 prong.
