The floors are not as long tested in the market place like laminate but if the claims and durability on warranty are true then I really like the product.  

However, as long as you do makereadys with more durable materials like snap in floors instead of carpet, flush lights instead of fans.. you're safeguarding yourself against those costs. 

I don’t find a good product that was durable and cost efficient for the stairs.  

After I take it out I don't know what would be best to replace it with for long term durability. 

I had the opportunity to drive past the home yesterday and parked to find the remodeling contract outside the property, he was telling me how everything was brand-new and the foundation on the house is very durable along with the entire house as he designed the home.

@Shane Welch - I'd be cautious about trying to build a durable portfolio on extreme leverage, especially given the maturity of this market cycle. 

Maybe do a less expensive rehab, just enough to hit your target rent but not using high end materials that you would use for a flip (durable rental products like LVP flooring and Laminate counters instead of bamboo and granite for example).

Typically you want a different type of paint for kitchen and bathrooms for durability and washability. 

Others prefer to pay accordingly for a more premium turnkey product with nicer and more durable materials, pass inspections, more rental demand from higher paying tenants, even warranties.Many want to be hands off and leave everything to a company.
