There's a lot involved in it, ranging from lessons about the culture in the Philippines, what to expect from a great VA (and what to not expect!)

It got messy for a while before I achieved critical mass with payroll vs revenue but now we have quality control, internal training, great culture, and are able to innovate with great people. 

This creates an awesome culture and solid partners to execute deals.
