The city gives you the responsibility to take care of criminal behavior, but they don't give you the power to do so.

The corporate con artists and criminals who have hijacked our state and rigged our financial system still speak to us in the obscure and incomprehensible language coined by specialists at elite business schools.

They handle all the filings of civil and criminal cases.

I have:Put the word out to bird dogsPassed out about 100 cards in the last weekmailed to NODS, lis pends, ectmass mailed letters and postcards to : BK's, Divorces, Obits, Forclosures, Judgments, Criminal arrest over 5000, City noticesI have selected certian areas and mailed everyone in the zip area.

Setting aside for the moment any criminal or landlord registry checks, I'm curious to see what type of credit checks y'all use and how well they work for you.

For example, I have one tenant in a 2 bedroom apt who pays just $90 while Section 8 makes up the rest of the $925, and another tenant in another 2 bedroom who pays more at $175, evidently because he makes more money.With regard to screening, Section 8 does not allow anyone here in California to receive housing assistance if they have any kind of a criminal background.

I also want to thank anyone and everything that has brought this world to me..as a HS drop out, no college education, and with a past criminal record (Stupidity), I have to say that I am proud of what I do now and that IF I CAN DO IT, ANYONE CAN!!!
